Tore my bicep tendon, rotator cuff and labrum. They have denied my surgery twice while my shoulder continues to pop in and out of socket. They want me to try physical therapy. I will be switching insurance during open enrollment.

Horrible. Retroactively trying to deny claims from almost a year ago when I recently dropped my coverage with them.

Recommendedthey came thru wonderfully when my husband had a stroke in Sept 2019. they also cover his meds now. 4 president are 0 co pay.

Here we go again with health alliance brilliance, not. My doctor ordered a ct scan but health alliance wants an X-ray first. An X-ray won’t show what he’s looking for and we’ll need a ct anyway. So this is supposed to be a money savings for HA, but instead they’ll end up paying for both. I had the same issue before with HA saying I needed physical therapy first before an mri which I did. Physical therapy didn’t help and I still needed an mri. Again cost saving, not.
