I had a great experience at Healey Lincoln Ford. I arrived at 10:30am and by 2:30 pm I was on my home with a new leased Lincoln. My experience was Added by Carmine Comizio and Steve Gambino. My advice is to give them A chance you will not regret it

Have service my car at Healey's for more than 10 years and found them to be so honest that I could not even think to purchase a new car elsewhere. Everything went smoothly. No standing in line at DMV. Could not be more pleased.

Had a very nice experience at Healey Ford. Elijah was very friendly and great to work with. However, I am still waiting on the dealership to call me regarding the 2nd key to my new vehicle. They were unable to locate it when I leased my new car on the 19th.
Nancy at the service desk is rude & has poor customer service. AAA towed my car there because AAA recommended it. Nancy called the next day to say it's "not her problem" that my car was towed to the incorrect place & demanded it be moved immediately to the Chevy location. No reason to be so nasty over something that's not my fault. It's disappointing too because Suzie at the desk was very nice, and so was the salesperson I interacted with when I dropped off my keys. Our Salesman, Rafael, was excellent. He was honest and listened to what we wanted/didn't want, and helped us find the best Ford option for us, which we are very happy with. We hope to have a continued good relationship with our Ford dealer, as we drive and maintain our new vehicle.
