Go ahead and buy a vehicle from them if you want a lemon that they can't fix after you've taken it in half a dozen times over the 3 years you've had it. This dealer is horrendous! We purchased a 2014 F350 back in 2017 and have had nothing but issues ever since. Their truck center is ALWAYS backed up and the last few times they've given it back to us, they didn't do anything to fix the issue. The last time it wouldn't start, they had it for 3 weeks and gave it back to us after having done nothing. It just decided it would sta... read more

I bought multiple cars from them because I know the sales person. SERVICE is awful! I have 4 fords, never get done what needs to be done, staff is snotty. Make every excuse in the books. Ask for call from service manager and never get it. This is not an isolated incident. Done numerous times. ( will say wasn't happy with brand new vehicle with mouse house in the air filter housing). Find somewhere else. Save yourself the headache. Band new car now in for 3 days now.
***Error happened but was corrected by Executive Management. *** Initially Healey Brothers had messed up. While my son was in the process of buying a vehicle they sold it to someone else. Although the Executive Management cound not get that car back, they did find another car and worked with us financially and mechanically to assure my son had a vehicle he was happy with.

Picked up my new 2020 Ford Edge ST yesterday and all I can say is WOW! Amazing customer service. Their staff is the best.....Maureen went over and above to help me find just what I was looking for. My salesman Uno was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When picking up my truck Steve walked me thru all the bells and whistles my new SUV offered and answered any questions I had. The Healey Ford sales team made the whole experience such a great one. I can’t thank you all enough!!

typical car dealership....no great deals ..... nothing bad to say....but it's a nice clean place of business....you won't need a tetanus shot after you leave
