With my current lease up in three months I was looking to get into another Explorer. After being unsatisfied with a few local dealerships I checked out Healey Ford online and was pleased to see it was only a 40 min drive. Raffaele was great in getting me into a 2018 Explorer with every option I wanted.. and more! Horrible customer service at Healey Ford!! I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer there in April and the GPS stopped working in September - car has been in service there since 11/3. They can't fix it - it is defective but they have been so unhelpful in getting us a replacement. The general manager, Bill has never returned a call to my husband or me - the receptionist says she gives him the message. Every time we call for the last few weeks he isn't there or unavailable.
