From the start customer service was atrocious. The lady at the front desk was rude when I first called, the sales team wouldn’t talk about price unless we were committed to buy that day, and every manager seemed too busy to talk to us and never even took the time to shake our hands when meeting us. Victor provided great assistance in helping us get into the car we were wanting. Even though we came in with financing in place, he checked what Healey could do and gave us another option for financing. I was extremely pleased to be able to test drive the car in the morning and have the deal done by close of business that same day.
