I can only highly recommend Rachel for her professional treatment. She is extremely knowledgable in the holistic field and doesn't shy away from sharing it with you. I did a reflexology treatment (3 sessions) last year with Rachel and my overall wellbeing improved alot. Upon which I returned this year to do a routine treatment. The reflexology treatment itself is very relaxing and Rachel will make sure you are comfortable and surrounded by a calming athmosphere. Thank you Rachel Seher

Amazing, professional and fully recommend. I had a six week reflexology course. Had no idea how much of a build up of toxins my feet could hold. The technique was amazing to feel. Uncomfortable at times but not painful in anyway. I could feel the difference by the end of the third session. Felt like I was walking on air. Lovely setting, very relaxing, welcoming and lovely calming music. Rachel is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

My reflexology sessions were a special experience, not only did Rachel heal the many knots in various parts of my body but she also healed parts of my heart. Each session was a different experience but each and every one very rewarding. My wellbeing improved significantly during and after my sessions with her, needless to say I would definitely recommend.

Rachel is lovely, calm and very professional. She is so committed to her work, and was very welcoming. I appreciated that Rachel explained exactly what she would be doing with my feet, the products she would use, even down to what she used in her therapy room.
