I decided to try Reflexology after exhausting every other avenue for relief for Plantar Fasciitis, Jed listened to my concerns and started me on a journey of understanding my body and provided me with tips to help me cope with this painful condition. I’d never had reflexology before and well now I’ve been going a couple of times I love to keep going on a regularly basis. I absolutely love the treatment that is provided and can’t thank Jed enough. Jed makes it feel very relaxing for you but also listens and takes into account where your body might need support by doing it all through your feet. Having certain medical conditions I can say it hasn’t cured them but definitely has helped. It is definitely worth going and having reflexology and seeing what it’s all about!
I wasn’t sure about reflexology - but I had tried lots of things to relax so I thought why not and I’m so glad I did. My sessions with Jed are absolutely blissful - I always feel so calm and relaxed after our sessions and cannot wait for the next one. Highly recommended! Thank you Jed. ❤️
I have had 2 sessions with Jed and she is very knowledgeable as well very friendly/welcoming. I have booked another session and will keep going as her magic hands are doing a great job and I have felt the benefit no end.
