This is the worst practice in the area, and it’s clear they need to improve their hiring standards. The staff, especially the admin Vasuki, are poorly trained and lack basic customer service skills. She frequently makes mistakes, doesn’t take the time to read patient notes properly, and constantly interrupts during conversations. They are always rushing me when I go over with my health problems .I got several illnesses and if I want to discuss more than one I have to book another appointment.The doctors and some of the receptionist are getting irritated when you ask to many questions.I will move from this GP .Do not recommended!!
I recommend to come to this place to anyone who got any dental problems. I was treated by Dr. Anar and nurse Mihaela, they make sure everything goes smooth and without any problems.
