I have been attending Heads-up! for just over 6 months now and look forward to every session and always come out on a high. I have left side weakness following paralysis that side due to a stroke. I call my physiotherapist a magician. Slowly each week she wakes up muscles which have been dormant since my stroke. Sometimes it might be a few weeks before I suddenly realise I can do something I want able to do before. It’s truly amazing. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I've suffered with BPPV for many years now and have seen several other specialists at different clinics who've never really helped much. I saw Hilary recently at the Heads Up clinic in New Malden and was really pleased. She is very thorough and professional! She took the time to listen to me and gave me lots of advice and prescribed various stabilisation exercises which have definitely helped. Finally I feel hopeful about recovering, or at least managing my symptoms better. Highly recommended!
Absolutely first class neuro rehabilitation centre led by Helen Lindfield. The staff treated my husband when he suffered a significant brain trauma, and the specialist care and expertise he has received has been second to none. The staff are extremely professional and really understood his condition and knew exactly what support and therapy he needed to enable him to regain his mobility.
