Having trepidation going to any dealership I dreaded the thought of going to Headquarter Mazda for a parts and service issue. I was waiting for the greatly inflated dealership prices and could care less attitude. Boy was I wrong, Max in parts and service went far beyond the norm to help us. Love my new CX5 and the great service I received from the guys at Headquarter Mazda! Stephan, my sales person, greeted me with the warmest smile and welcome and treated me great throughout the whole experience. The sales manager who helped, Steve, was friendly and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I loved my experience so much, I went back a month later and helped my daughter buy a new car!
