Great customer service! purchased my CX-5 Mid 2018, Clermont Fla. The only thing I am disappointed about is that I was advised by the salesman that when the Google Car Play was available that they would notify me to bring the car in for the update. I was never notified. I found out by going into the dealership & inquiring. Now they want to charge me for the update. Not fair for Mazda to go back on their word. ☹️
Amazing customer service! Shawn was awesome, zack did everything to make sure I was approved for the car I wanted and chris only suggested accessories and paint protection that made sense for me, no pressure selling schemes. 10/10 would recommend.
