Never bought a car here, but only had experience with their service department. Perfect customer service even though I didn't buy my car there. In fact, it's a 15 years old RX-8. They still treated me like royalty and their Loaner cars are always clean, up-to-date, well equipped. Nicole, Alexis and Max are all really pleasent to work with.

Parts department will NOT call you when your parts are ready for pick up. Then proceed to lie about when the part was delivered to the dealership for pickup. Part was in back on a shelf for 7 days before I decided to pay them a visit. The guts said it was delivered on the 11th and clearly on the package it says it was delivered on the 5th. Very very poor customer service.
Just purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Christopher at headquarter Mazda! This is the best experience I've had at a dealership. They genuinely care about there clients an do there best to get you into the car of your desire! I highly recommend this dealership & Chris! He's very professional & personal! Will definitely be referring friends & family to headquarter Mazda!
