Had oil changed and tires rotated. I also had some kind of black stuff on the side of my white car. Body shop got it off and they did not charge extra. You can also stop by for free car washes. And you've got to love that!
I love my dealership but the service staff could definitely use a refresh with actual friendly people. The lady that I checked in with was great had a wonderful personality. The lady I checked out with was like a ROCK (zero personality). This is why I left my last dealership and brand too many options out there to have poor customer service.
We bought back in January, Royle was a great sales representative to work with! Highly recommend. He made the best out the entire process. I bought one of their used Chevys there and I just had to have it looked at, the service department went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. They took it to chevy, gave me a rental, and kept me up to date through it all. Then gave it back to me washed and even gave it an oil change. They were so much help. No run around. From the first phone call to signing paperwork for our Mazda CX-7 , the customer service was above and beyond!
