MAZDA (Clermont FL) is trash. I tried to purchase a key for my car that my son lost, for 2 months they gave me the run around. I messaged them multiple times, and always got the same answer. Got a key made from some random guy in 2 minutes for 80 bucks. Unfortunately spent a ton on Uber waiting 2 months for a response. First mazda I've ever owned and I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the customer service. TRASH.
Just purchased a NEW 2017 Mazda 3 touring this past Wed 7/26 I can't say I'm enjoying my new car. Shortly after the sale a photo was taken of me with the car and I've noticed a chip on the front hood, A scratch on the driver side door handle & bubble on the passenger side tinted window. They have taken care of 2 of the 3.
