I got sent an email, eligible for a free flu jab. Get there to be told I dont quality as my asthma isnt bad enough? YOU sent the email you half wits. Pathetic surgery with awful doctors and receptionists whose only job is to annoy everyone that walks through the door. Should be ashamed of yourselves. This place has gone down hill over the last few years. No duty of care exists in this hole.
I've just looked at the comments. These good people are trying their best. With such high demand. I have lately been very ill. And they have been great with me. Dr Singh and all the staff have been brilliant and kind.Thank you so much Faith. Plus all the team.
My wife was told she cancelled her appointment when she never did ,Then the receptionist never rang her back Also awful experience all round no one cares
