I went to see Dr Fedir Marangoz , at Headcorn surgery today and I needed to review him, as he was amazing! He asked me to explain any issues that I have and then took the time to go through each issue address them all . I can’t rate him any higher , what a fantastic doctor.
Should be zero stars. Should be closed down. Forced to use Aand E and 111.
Everyone has been pleasant and helpful but the wait times are quite long for appointments and prescriptions. It would be amazing if we could book through the NHS app like most surgeries. The third party website takes much longer and must cause countless enquiries and requests. I think it's particularly hard for people of an older generation to manage too.
