Sam was very friendly and helpful. He took his time to listen to me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. My back is not hurting now and I feel much better. I can’t wait to try my exercises out, especially downward dog!
Booked in due to running related injuries. Saw James Johnson, thoroughly recommend. Went through all potential reasons, followed by exercises to cure and strengthen the specific muscles. Also took the time to listen to my concerns and offered sound advice.
