We took our cat for his annual booster and check up. We found polite welcoming staff and his vet and the nurses were very patient professional and caring with him. We were very pleased with our visit
As a private Vet practice I was always able to make an appointment when needed, seeing a resident vet , nurses and receptionists that I was very familiar with. I'm afraid now, trying to make an appointment, can take a few days, as very busy. Truth is, they haven't got the vets, only locum vets and sometime only one treating pets. lso prices have increased immensely. Treatment is still good, receptionist some new, still friendly. Unfortunately our fur baby couldn't be saved, but they were kind and compassionate throughout. Many thanks for our memorial paw print & card.
We have used H & H for over 16 years and they have cared for our cat and dog. The team are always helpful and thoughtful. We really appreciated the paw prints from our legend of a dog when we had to have him put down with old age. It was a touch of compassion that wasn't expected but so appreciated. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.
