Great service and very efficient
I have tried to move a set of dual controls from one Hyundai i20 to another however the clutch pedal is very slightly different, I contacted He-man to get a new clutch clamp assembly but they refused to sell me one. Apparently He-man don't make dual controls of a sufficient standard to be able to transfer them even though it's only a couple of years old. Very disappointed.
It's a really sad day. After 25 years of vital support as a driving Instructor He-man are removing my dual controls from my car. I'm 66 years old and retiring from work. It is true that having a dual brake has saved my life on countless occasions. Many thanks He-Man
I recently emailed and used He-Mans contact form on their website to enquire about the purchase of spare parts and to see if I could acquire a full parts diagram to ensure all the parts I needed were present and correct prior to my professional fitter arriving. As I write I have still never even gained a response from this company. Poor product support, and very unprofessional service.
I needed cables for my dual brake and clutch. Staff really helpful and efficient, no complaints at all and a very good service. The cables were £38, no issues with that. However £35, yes £35 😳 to ship them to Elgin, near Inverness because I’m in the ‘Highlands and Islands’ is utterly shocking 😡 More than double the highest price I can find for any of the main couriers on Postage Supermarket or a bog standard post office delivery, so I can’t help thinking that He-man are whacking a surcharge on there on top of what the cour... read more
