My daughter had her knee operated on yesterday by Dr. Baird. I have to say that I was so pleased with his concern for us as parents, and for my daughter. He helped calm her fears and did an excellent job on her knee. He is a wonderful man who has a strong faith and it shows. Also, I would like to say thank you to RN Jaclyn P. , Surgical RN Angie and her partner who I can't remember her name. These ladies were so helpful and compassionate. Went in to er with my boyfriend for chest pains.. Took him right in. Had him hooked up to machines and blood work done within min. Everything came back great and he was ok.. Thank god.. I have been going to this hospital all my life. I have watched it grow and change with the times. We have a very good team. I have never had any bad experiences at putnam in the 40 years i have been here.. I will say they have gotten faster and nicer in the times of change.. Thanks you again.

I went in with pain in my abdomen, through the ER, they quickly got me back and situated, meds and test ran. Turns out I had pancreatitis, was admitted and stayed for 3 nights. I can honestly say I have nothing to complain about! ER visit was expedient, staff were great, hospital stay was as pleasant as it could be. Every staff member from janitors to doctors all were pleasant, responsive, attentive and prompt in getting me what I needed.
