they pretty much send you home sick
At this point I need someone to contact me to lodge a formal complaint. This facility has been a joke every time we have sought out help and I wouldn't recommend going even if you were bleeding out. Take the risk and go to Saint Augustine, Gainesville, Baptist South. Basically anywhere that is an actual hospital.
Incompetent billing staff. They clearly don't know how to properly bill insurance and even after admitting their mistake they still have the nerve to send a balance to collections. Emergency room visits are already expensive but at least the have the common sense to properly collect your money.
was very disappointed in the emergency room. took my son in because he was throwing up and had welps on him after eating fish. they told us to have a seat in the lobby and it would be 2 hours before we would be seen. they didnt even check his vitals look at his face or anything. this hospital has lost my respect.

Recommendedeverything, ot has always been a good hospital. The ER is one of the best. they never push pain meds, they really care for the patient. The nurses and Doctors are awesome. They need a raise. thank you renee chuntz
I had some surgery this week and the nurses in obstetrics were the best ever. So kind, patient and helpful.
I had , have a abscessed tooth. Went in Sat evening, less than a half hour later I was on my way with antibiotics and a few low- dose pain meds. Wow 2 days later I am feeling better waiting on next step. Thanks Putnam Community Dr's and staff!! effective and efficient!
