RecommendedI have had 2 surgeries in the past year at this facility. The care I received was amazing!! Everyone went above and beyond!!
Improve on the business office. I called for an itemized bill at least 5 times and when I talked with someone I was told that my husband was not even a patient there in May. I had to contact medical records and medical records had to tell them how to find his file. I have worked in a hospital for 55 years and was horrified to learn that they could not locate a patient who had just been in the hospital in 2019 and had to look in their archives and still could not find the record.
I was admitted for a bacteria infection in my digestive system. The ER staff is really good, they stay busy and make sure you’re taken care of. However after being admitted it took over 5 hours to get Tylenol for pain!!!!! Anytime I pressed the nurse button it took them at least 30 minutes just to answer, not come in my room! And when they did it took another hour before they’d bring the Tylenol. My IV went off continuously from 6 am until almost noon. Tonight I sat in the waiting room for 5hr with my 76 yr old mother having problems breathing when was took to the back was told my one that they were going to keep her then another man came up with attitude and starts to lecture me about my mothers health and putting me down and my mother this hospital is the worst hospital around
I delivered all my babies there fixing to deliver my third hes a lil boy named zane jan 10 2020 they r very nice and caring they make sure u are comfortable they ask u if u need anything
it's like pulling teeth for water or a snack. some nurses are on. the ball others not. I had my leg amputated and cant wait on myself. shouldn't have to beg when you hear the staff playing at the station. There are other things that make people go to other hospitals. i thought I'd try this hospital again, wondering if I made the right decision.
MNM in the ER was the most incredible nurse ever!!! I took my daughter in and MNM was understanding and was sure to keep my daughter comfortable. I don’t remember the mans name but he helped her with the blood draw and also was absolutely wonderful!!
I was there yesterday and might I say I had such a wonderful nurse Leigh, she eased my anxiety of being seen.I cannot express enough of how awesome she was. If or when I need to go back I'm hoping she will be my nurse. There definitely need to be more nurses like her!
I just have to give credit when it’s due. I had an outpatient surgery this morning and every one from the greeter lady when I arrived to the out patient Nurses/ Anesthesiologist/ OR Nurses and My Dr...etc. They were ALL helpful and Kind👍 Amazing Job!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
