We are on day 10. We've received excellent care given my kind and skilled professionals. We can't say enough good things about them.
There are very special people in this world to me , but this one is one of the best. Thanks for the wonderful special things you do for us in here during this time ��� this one is going to be the best nurse ever!! Thank you Kelly Fox�PCMC is lucky to have you on staff here. The doctor we saw (sbarro ) was EXTREMELY RUDE ! When dealing with a child you should not act like a pompous idiot. He was extremely insulting and rude . When talking with the other staff they made excuses for him . There is no reason to treat patients and their parents the way he has . Uncalled for and entirely inappropriate .
Terrible service. My husband went in this morning for a problem. They perscribed him something after he told them he couldnt take it. They told him to just take the prescritipons with lots of water. My husband needs antibiotics and was not prescribed them. This hospital is awful when it comes to infections. Ibuprofen doesnt cure infections.
If I could leave no stars I would. ALL ER staff needs to learn what bedside manners are. Note: If the PT tells you the IV hurts then it fucking hurts! Not to mention when you tell NUMEROUS staff you are NOT in pain and don’t want any pain meds and ONLY there for EXTREMELY HIGH sugar levels (400).. however, the Dr only cared to chastise why you have prescribed meds (NOT pain meds) in system and not focus on the immediate issue at hand.
On October 17, 2017 I was faced with a decision to live or die the morning on this day God didn't tell me I was going to die so I went to ER in Palatka were I was told if I didn't have surgery I was not going to make it..just wants to take time to thank the ER, Intensive Care and Medical Staff for the professional and personal care I received.. Arcilla Lookadoo and family!
I want to thank the ER at PCMC for the professional care they gave my wife last night and the way they explained to me what was going on... from the first person we seen to the last...class act... Thank you
