Putnam ismuch better and the food was delicious and i slept in a chair and now have to be admitted.
Everyone was extremely nice, it didn't take very long, I was in a lot of pain from an abscess tooth and they took great care of me.
Here's what I think. I thank God it was near by. I didn't have to wait for my care. I went in through the ER, was admitted, and my entire experience was positive. Every single person that I came in contact with, from the moment I got there to the moment I left, treated me in the best possible manner..
Some of the nurses were great, but there was one that wouldn't give her, her medicine on time. And it seemed like she was taking the medicine instead of giving it to the patient. The patient had blood pouring out of her IV, the same nurse said it was fine. Then the next nurse took care of all the blood and gave her a new IV. The patient waited hours to go back to the ER then she was also left in the hallway until she was admitted to the hospital. They also kept blowing out her veins over 6 times. The floor nurses, the staff taking care of the admittance, cath personnel and the doctors, just great and professional. Drs. Gaines and Ansari fantastic.
