One of the best hospitals I have been not that I go the hospital alot great nursing staff expect one male nurse who was rude and told me to get screwed . Beside that the hospital and staff don't play when it comes to your Heath and comfort.aside of the news that my balder has to be removed because of a large tumer over all the showed great compassion for me .I give palams of Pasadena 5 stars

THEY ARE TAKEN GREAT CARE OF MY DAUGHTER , she has been here for almost 3 weeks. They go out of there way to help her feel comfortable and take care of her needs with no complaints .They Have a great team on the 2nd floor for BCIR floor .

My mom dislocated her hip while on vacation. Within a few short hours after arrival to the ER, she was in surgery to repair it... all on a Saturday afternoon. Her nurse, Wanda, couldn't have been more accomodating and helpful. PT also went over and above.

Everyone from the ER to the floor I was in room 333 were professional, polite, showed empathy and go above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable and taking care of! RN Sarah, RN Andrea, RN Jim and RN JK were very excellent, There was also Rachel, Heidi, Jenelle and so many more that helped with my care. They made sure I had everything I needed. I slept well at night and only had one or two interruptions to give meds and get vitals.

My good friend went there with only a stomach flu. After bilking his insurance for $42,000 for simply having him lay in a bed, and a couple blood tests, they are still trying to get him to pay an additional $850. I was there with him, and even when he had a high fever, it still took the hospital 6 hours to finally bring him something as simple as Tylenol....I should have just run to CVS myself and got it for him. I do not recommend anyone going to this dump of a hospital.

Waiting room for radiology was very cold. They were kind enough to bring me a warm blanket. Everyone was kind and very efficient.
