Thought Mom would be able to be discharged from the hospital today, but she is back in AFib...Palms ICU and PCU are fantastic! Thanks for taking such good care of her and spending time keeping her company. You guys are truly special...

My day nurses are wonderful. There is a night nurses assistant that needs more bedside manor training. Apparently she feels it's perfectly fine to argue with a patient one day out of surgery. This is ridiculous.

Horrible all around, basically was scared to leave my loved one overnight. Lack of compassion and motivation obvious.

I loved my experience there... Everyone was very mice and professional... I was in and out very quickly as well... Would definately go back if I had to...

As a nurse who has worked in ER department before, I was impressed by the care I recieved. I was on vacation and became ill on a Sunday afternoon (9-11-16) and needed care. I was hesitant to go to ER due to prior experiences of waiting for several hours. I tried urgent care first and was directed to your facility. I could not have been treated any better. I've been coming to Palms since 1991 when I first had my BCIR operation. Dr Rehnke & nurses for this unit are the best there is!
