Love the staff at Palms! Every single Nurse, Nurse Assistant, check in person I met was lovely! Even the kitchen manager noticed I didn't eat much and came to my room to see if there was a different flavor or something she could make me that I would like better! I really cannot say enough! Big shoutouts to Brandi at check in, Shelly from one day surgery center, and the entire staff on 3 South!!! I hope I never need another hospital but if I do this is the place to be!
The staff was amazing..food was awful, but over all care from staff was amazing..i had major surgery and they made sure that I was taken care of and made comfortable
