Helen was great, she explained all about the therapy, which was interesting in itself, and it was so easy to relax, helped as you are in your own home. I had a twinge in my foot, now gone. It is a great service, as she does a home visit it means that afterwards you don't have to put on your shoes, and so you can fully let your feet enjoy the treatment for longer ..throughly recommend it.

I'm usually sceptical when it comes to various treatments like this, but, OMG, HC Therapy did an amazing job, I slept like a baby that night, and felt the lasting effects of relaxation and walking on new feet for days after. Highly recommend it to anyone! Try it, you'll be blown away.
Gosh what an amazing experience with HC therapies. Helen was knowledgable and informative from the get go and explained any questions I had (no matter how obvious these were to her) Helen made sure I was really comfy and ensured I had everything needed for treatment. After Helen and I arranged a date and time for my treatment, she told me that dedicated time is all about me. It made me feel very special. So my 16 month old was put to bed and the boyf sent to football. I sat in my comfy armchair with my feet up (literally) and Helen went through the health guidelines and questions making sure I had a glass of water.
