I really don’t know what this number is. I spoke to somebody and they said they would carry out an inspection in the next couple of days. Never heard from them again never answered the phone to either myself or my Tenant.
I am not sure about this company. Weeere sent guy named Eric Lawson to give us quote. He gave the quote and was happy to start the work few days later. He came then said he need deposit we contacted the owner of HSB and confirmed its ok to give him money so I transferred the money to Eric's bank account. I was stupid enough to give the deposit on faith. The account name Eric have me wAs not on his name. I didn't think anything of it at the time.
