Excellent holiday letting agency! Annabel was very helpful throughout the process, from booking the home, booking the ferry, a pet issue, super quick in helping sort an issue we had while we were there and returning the deposit. We stayed at The Cottage in St Helens - the home was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. A great space for all the family to hang out together with good size bedrooms. Would definitely use HB Holiday Lettings again!
We stayed at Point Chatham during Cowes Week (2024), the weather was fantastic. We were 6 adults and my 3 young grandchildren. The house had everything we needed, a bathroom each for the 3 families and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge ice dispenser was well used. The secure garden was spacious with a great seating area and a lovely lawn for the children to play games on. The location was also ideal for walking to the shops (5 minutes) and beach (10 minutes). We stayed for a week in Fintray Cottage in August. On arrival, we were greeted by a bottle of rose wine and some other treats to make us feel welcome. The cottage was very clean, well presented and had a great seaside holiday feel. We also found the cottage to be extremely well equipped - even fans in each bedroom which we great in the hot weather. The week we stayed at Seapoint beach house was wild, very windy and it probably rained very hard every day… However, we still had such a beautiful and peaceful stay. We had had to change our weeks holiday due to us both being quite ill with Covid… Annabel (HB Holiday Lettings) rearranged all the changes for us and was efficient, easy to communicate with and very kind. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautiful, immaculate and comfortable house on a quiet street. Easy walk to the beach and not far from the lovely Bembridge shops for great coffee and food. Thanks so much for having us!
