Heidi has done several treatments for me. And also Bree. Both of them I would highly recommend. Most recently I had Profhilo. I have always been very pleased with the results at HB. I’m 60 years old and delaying the signs of aging isn’t easy - but Heidi never ‘over-does’ it and tells you truthfully if it will look natural or not. They don’t over prescribe. I just wanted to look a bit fresher and less tired. All the ladies there are very good and friendly. Great service.
I bought a package of 8 full leg laser treatments, I have had 6 treatments. 3 of the treatments I have had the salon cancelled and changed my treatments. They cancelled a treatment last minute over 2.5 weeks ago, saying they were sick. I have asked to be booked back in at the soonest time to continue my course that I have already paid for. They have not messaged me back at all! There actions are unprofessional and rude! They have taken my money and not provided the service that I paid for. I did a microneedling & Dermaplaning course with Haylee & Rikki . The course was very well run , the girls were very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions! I’ve booked onto my next course with the girls to further my career & I can’t wait to be back thanks girls Lana
HB are by far the best at what they do! I’m someone who is petrified of needles and really wanted to get some Lip filler. Rikki and Jemma made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The results are amazing I’m literally so happy 🤍
