This company was brilliant everytime I took my car in for repairs. They have updated me every step of the way. In the past when I had to keep cancelling the pick up due to waiting for a curtesy car to be allocated to me. They did not moan once about it or cancelled like other garages would of done. They fully understood this situation. If I could give them more than 5 stars. I would do.

I had what I say a very small accident in my car in mid may. Going through insurance it was taken ( not by truck but driven ) to garage proving not much damage. I expected the car back within 1 week max 2. After a few weeks had gone by I got message saying car getting prepared for paint. Thought won’t be long now. Then day later I get message saying waiting for parts to complete job. This happened a few times in first 7 weeks. From start to finish I received the BEST customer care. They kept in contact to give me updates. I was told my repair would be about 10 days and they finished it in 7! When the car was returned it was as clean and spotless inside and out. The paintwork shone. Well done HB especially Cathy and Rob
