The Hearing Care Wax Removal man was very polite, he very clearly explained to me what was involved and also reassured me that there would not be any issues with the procedure. When booking I only asked for one ear to be done, but he carried out the procedure on both ears to ensure they were clear. When complete I could hear clearly again. Excellent Service would highly recommend.
Gentleman came to carry out microsuction. I had really bad earwax which I made worse by using cotton buds. The specialist with excellent patient service removed the earwax, gave me follow up advise. Definetly recommend if in the Dudley, Birmingham and Wolverhampton area!
Riz is a lovely man, a pleasure to have in your house. Very professional and great with my 9 year old who also has autism put him at ease and done a fantastic job.
