Avoid hazelwells westhoughton at all costs, I used hazelwells to rent out my 5 properties in westhoughton with nothing but problems, tenancy agreements not signed, deposits missing, rent stolen, I successfully took hazelwells to the ombudsman on 2 occasions, eventually I successfully took hazelwells to court, now waiting on bailiffs to retrieve the stolen money. A truly awful company

Avoid at all cost. As a landlord we used Hazelwells (She has changed the name of her company a number of times) to manage the rental property. Being unsatisfied with the tennant we looked at giving notice. We then discovered a whole issues of things that meant that we had to pay solicitors to evict the tennant. Hazelwells hadn't put the tennant's deposit with a TDS and hadn't done many of the initial procedures that are required so we couldn't issue a normal Section 21. I removed a previous review as I needed to make an official complaint to the ombudsman. I have waited almost 10 months for a resolution which arrive today. Please do not employ this company on any level. I have dealt with them for over 5 yrs and when I chose to end the contract, matters became very unpleasant. My success with the ombudsman finally allows me to conclude my business with Hazelwells ……….. Feb2023.
