I've had a fantastic experience throughout from initial enquiries and viewing to contact whilst in the property! Becky has been terrific throughout and could not recommend Haystack enough!
At the end of my tenancy, this agency tried to take my deposit even though I left the property clean. They were manipulative, booking viewings without my permission, even while I was still living in the flat. They allowed strangers to enter while my belongings were still there, sometimes when I was at work. They also never tried to contact me directly, which felt discriminatory. It was a bad experience with this agency...
Haystacks are honest, efficient and fair priced in regard to: Agency Letting/ Sales. I am able to say without exception, over the preceeding 3 years, Becky has consistantly illuminated, 'professional integrity', as our agent.........a somewhat rarer commodity....indeed!
