This is a residential only home. Do not put a relative with dementia in here unless very mild and you are waiting on a nursing home. My mum needed nursing care during covid when she deteriorated and her needs were not met in this home. Ended up with severe bed sores and after a hospital visit they refused outright to let her return to Haypark. It used to be called Haypark Nursing Home which is misleading as only resedential care..
