I saw Jo with a longstanding neck / shoulder issue and received careful assessment and examination. Jo is very kind, caring and knowledgeable, I know it will take some time to resolve but I have had a huge improvement even after 1 appointment - many thanks
I went to Mike as I had a fall & damaged my wrist. My recovery wasn’t going well as I had limited movement in my wrist. Mike advised an exercise plan that had several exercises I could do at home, after a couple of months plus some treatment, I have had a definite improvement. I can highly recommend as Mike is both professional and friendly in his approach to supporting your recovery.
Obviously I could be biased as Mike did help me a lot where my usual physio couldn't. However, was that because he didn't rush to assess and listened to what I thought the problem was?! Exercises and the causes of the problem were also well explained to me too. Needless to say, Mike is my new 'usual physio' now....
Mike has magic hands, it’s like he actually gets under the skin and manipulates the spine directly. If I could afford it, and Mike thought there was medical need (he doesn’t actually want to see you, he wants you to take responsibility for getting yourself better), I’d have one of his massages every day!
