Takes too long and if your Evan a second late they will make you wait for 2 hours
Very bad experience at the surgery,turned up for my scheduled appointment at 3pm ,arrived 10 min early, and I checked in for my appointment,45 min later still waiting,when I approached the reception I was told that my appointment that been moved to 420pm!!!!! Nobody even bothered letting me know,I took the appointment because I was unwell and I was made wait in the waiting area that was very hot. I had literally the worst experience at a GP. I had a nurse appointment and went to see the receptionist to check in. I noticed that the receptionist was really friendly to the white people in front of me and when it came to my turn (I wear a headscarf) that they were rude to me and were curt responses and started saying that I shouldn’t park my car near the front door. The manager called Daniellea is very rude and dismissive. She shows no interest in her job role and is not keen to sort out my complaint. She didn't even reply to my email. I remember she used to work as receptionist few years back but now she has lots of pride and not help anyone. She seems very over controlling on staff and doctors there. Feel sorry for them.
Nurse Kadeen is very nice polite and experienced. From last 2.5years multiple time my blood test is taken at Hayes medical centre and harlingdon hospital every time I got blue brose and round ball... I cure these with ice for many days...this the first time Kadeen did my blood test and it was imaging...I didn't get any heart to my arm and my Nedal fobia was calm this time. Thank you so much Kadeen. very nice polite experienced Nurse I ever met.xx
