Staff was really rude and no respect for clients. Quality is really poor and no full information given by staff. All Chinese and cheap quality tyres.
Owner behaviour was not good .wait for 15 minutes to get change money .
I had a rear wheel bearing replaced and a tyre fitted here and was charged £185. I asked for a tyre size of 165/55 R15, but a 155/60 R15 tyre was fitted instead. When I questioned this, I was initially told it was correct. I had to check the size myself and point out the difference before it was acknowledged. I was also told I could only pay in cash, and when I said I didn’t have cash, I was informed that my car would not be released until I paid in cash the next day.
