bad, they placed some guarantees at a high price without explaining us well, and it has been more than a month that we have been asking them to remove them and they are ignoring us, we spoke with the seller Rodrigo and the general manager Stephen weatherly and they are procrastinating to Do not remove the guarantees, I do not recommend them, do not go to that place.
shouldve avoided this place from the start. first off ,none of them wore masks.the customers wore them, but none of the people that greet you had on anything to prevent anyone from catching anything. I even returned with a bag of clean masks and they still wouldn't wear them. Great Customer service at Hayes. We bought a used car and they fixed everything we asked and delivered.
Disappointed in the experience and information provided. A vehicle is posted on several sites including marketplace. After confirming twice the vehicle is available drive an hour and upon arrival learn it was sold several weeks ago. Second time this occured last time I called and this time I neglected that step. This may be a great dealer on the lot experience but digital engagement is disappointing and unfortunate.

The service staff Hayes Chrysler are exceptional! They're friendly, proffessional, knowledgeable and most of all, honest. I cannot explain the lengths they went through to accommodate my vehicle and get it done the right way and promptly. I felt like they were truly concerned about the problem I was having with my vehicle and for my safety. They did more than just fix my vehicle, they gave me a piece of mind. I would highly recommend this dealership.
