Dropped my 2018 Ram 1500 off. Due to dashboard message that right brake light is out. The brake light was working just fine. Also iPhone CarPlay had stopped working. Adrian White and the rest of the staff have always taken exceptional care of my truck. They isolated the light problem to the bulb on the cab, and updated the programming in the radio. All good shops are busy shops so make an appointment, drop your vehicle off, and patiently wait for the call to come pick it up.
I can’t say I am going to use their services anymore. Next car shopping will be somewhere else. I have been using them for years now and have bought two different cars from them through the years: one from the Lawrenceville lot and one from the Oakwood area lot. Unfortunately, after a lot of patience, I’m just not getting any real sense of true care and concern that I expect. Would highly recommend Hayes in Lawrenceville and Mr Arellano if you need a new vehicle
They made me wait for 3 hours just for an oil change. I bought my car in this dealer and I do all maintenance here because I had a maintenance service insurance after the insurance expired they have taken 3 hours to do just the oil change in my last 2 services. I’m not going back to this dealer anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it
well my experiences have been them trying to charge me 200 to fix a recall. The other day i went to get new light bulbs put in the headlights and was qouted 70 for both including labor and they charged me 134. will not and would not go there ever

malo, Tengan mucho cuidado sobre todo la gente hispana que no entiende mucho el inglés porque se aprovechan, nos colocaron unas garantías a un alto precio sin explicarnos bien, y hace más de un mes que le estamos pidiendo que las quiten y nos están ignorando, hablamos con el vendedor Rodrigo y el gerente general Stephen weatherly y están dándole largas al asunto para no quitar las garantías, no se los recomiendo, no vayas a ese lugar.
