Great dealership to buy from. Salesman Nubian Holmes is very professional, direct and honest. We negotiated a great deal and I was very happy with the concessions the dealership made to meet my price point. Very easy transaction in and out of finance in less than 20 minutes...very satisfied.
the salesman we had (Ron) was very personable and was very pleasant to work with. he was not pushy at all and listened to what I wanted. we had a 3 year old with us who was getting fidgety so they pushed us through finance!
I bought my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country from them and have always had it serviced there. I had it in today for a check engine light issue and, once again they were stellar with their service. They’re the only dealership that I’ve ever been to that’s truly a pleasure to work with!
I must say that my experience at Hayes started off a little rocky, however the "A Team" (Darwin & Nubian) jumped in and completely turned everything around! From their management team, sales associate as well as the finance department, everyone went the extra mile to create a exceptional customer experience.
