Absolute garbage experience. We have continually had issues with the technicians and customer service. We have repeatedly had to call and let them know our gate does not have a lock and have had them make a note of this on our account. It is a standard fence gate which has a latch, like all gates do. We have had 5 supposed applications, but even on this 5th application they still haven’t figured out how to open a gate. That leads me to believe we have never rendered services we have paid for. Scam scam scam, misleading sales pitch and impossible customer service. Double standard contract writing.
Seems like they're scamming people all over the place, report them to police and better business Bureau, don't give them any credit card or check, they will rip you off
Please educate your sales people on what NO SOLICITING means. We have signs at all entrances to our neighborhood and we have one in 3.5 inch letters on our front door. Still the sales rep rang our door bell, not once but 3 times!
Mark arrived right on time and I briefed him on our problem with an infestation of the perimeter of our new home with ants. He was familiar with the species of ant, assured me that this was a non-destructive species, and knew how to address the problem. He patiently explained the strategy he was going to use and the chemicals he would apply, so I understood and had the opportunity to ask questions. Then he did exactly what he said he would do. I have been using Hawx for almost a year now. They call me for the regular quarterly treatments. Each time I have been asked what if anything else I need while they are onsite and they have been great at treating my sugar ants and centipedes in a targeted way. I was also pleasantly surprised that one of the people who provided the services today had a cochlear implant. I appreciate any company who understands that disabilities don't equal unable.
One of the worst companies I've ever delt with. Very rude front office representatives. Don't waste your time or money. Bugs are still getting into my house. Just worried about the money more than providing good service. Representative (who wouldn't tell me the name) was very rude because I requested to be preset during sessions, which I thought we had a verbal agreement about.
