They took advantage of an elderly man with Alzheimer’s and refuse to cancel the contract. Any company that takes advantage of the elderly should be shut down.
They gave a really convincing sale’s pitch-not only do they rid inside pests, but also outside (mosquitos, wasps, Japanese beetles). After the first initial spray and giving it two weeks like recommended, we were still seeing ants and all those pesky insects outside they claimed they get rid of. No big deal though, I just called to get them to come out to respray like they said they would. However, they do not come out right away like they claimed. STAY THE F AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I WAS TOLD THEY WILL NOT AUTO CHARGE THEIR SERVICE BUT THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER $99. 1st time was good but 2nd time was just few mins maybe 2 mins just rubbed brush on surface... AND nothing worked bugs got into my house w/o dying the day... THEY LIE ABOUT NOT CHARGING THEY WILL AND NOT EVEN WORKING AS WHAT THEY SAID. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BS
RecommendedThis company has been awesome! They always do a great job and are very thorough! I have seen no bugs whatsoever and everything they have promised they have delivered. The customer service has been amazing!
I have used two other companies in the past and they haven’t been able to keep the bugs away. Hawx is the first company who has worked. They always do an amazing job and I haven’t had any bugs. If you want a good company, these guys do a great job!
Hannibal was very polite and explained the work he would be completing. I have never had any issues with any of the employees. I’ve always had good service. Keep up the good work!
They are dishonest and when you confront them about it they repeat their company line about it being in the contract even though the salesperson lied about what was in it to begin with. They’re liars. I should’ve read the reviews here before I started working with them. There’s a reason they have less than 2 stars out of 5.
Hawx will lie about what services they provide and then will attempt to ruin your credit if you want to discontinue service.
