been trying to get our contract terminated because we have had nothing but infestations inside sice they have treated. Our hardware store bug spray works worlds better than this product does. We have been retreated several times and we still see herds on ants, spiders EVERYWHERE, bees, etc. Their product does not work. The owner responds to Google Complaints but if he has to come out and treat everyones issues, what is he doing that everyone else cannot?? Please everyone if the company Hawx pest control comes to your house. Tell them your NOT interested. It’s a complete scam and service doesn’t work. Salesman didn’t explain the contract correctly. They told us we had a 30 day cancellation and I called back to cancel and they said we had a 3 day cancellation. After they couldn’t get us back in to get re-serviced for 10 or 11 days after first treatment. So they pigeonhole you into your contract in my option. We started using Hawx when we were living in Aurora IL 3 years ago. When we bought our home in Hinckley IL we were thrilled to learn they came out here in the country. They come out every 3 months spray around the house. This winter mice decided to invade our home...I called and the next day a tech was out...he put baited mouse "hotels" around the kitchen and down in the utility room in the basement. sprayed our house . bugs came back . oiver priced . charged my card the wrong amount . and sprayed the wrong house . customer service is horrible . DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY
Improve your customer service. Very disappointed in their lawn care service. Twice they were suppose to come out and correct a problem that they caused, but have not shown. So frustrating. I would not recommend them for lawn service.
