They trick you to sign a contract saying you can cancel anytime without a fee. Total scam.
TERRIBLE Company. Salesman LIED About contract and told us we could cancel at anytime with no problem. Turns out you have to pay more than $200 to cancel. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!
horrible customer service! was signed up under $99 and when they had to keep cominf back out because they didn't have the right equipment for the mosquito spray, so I cancelled them and now I have to pay $254 to het out of my contract, WHICH THEY BROKE!
Terrible customer service lied about a contract!!! Reported to BBB!!!! Terrible COMPANY and product does not work!
So I have been with Hawx service since November. I have literally had them spray my home 10 times to treat the same thing. I have horrible spiders. Big brown spiders. Every time they come out I ask them to please target the spiders and every time they leave the same thing horrible brown spiders.
Terrible service. They get you roped into a contract and you can’t get out of it. $89 each treatment!!They are suppose to give reminder calls but never do. They just show up and are here for about 5 min and leave. I can never tell they do anything. They are suppose to clean out any nest they find. I had to call them back for a re-service because they didn’t clean a nest on my porch. They came back and knocked it down but left it laying all over my porch.
