The office staff are very rude they don't care about the complaints told to them. The trash is left outside for days without being picked up but I'm being charged a trash fee the gym and other facilities are locked up and closed but I'm being charged an amenities/ facility fee. Maintenance takes days to get in contact with you over "emergency" situations. There are huge bugs that sit outside and make their way into the apartments because of how filthy it is outside.
