Several things in my unit were already broken and significantly worn before I arrived. The ceiling has significant water damage and is lifting away from the walls in the kitchen. The walls on the windows end is warped and the wall has fault line cracks. The floor is significantly sloped and warped which confirms foundational and structural concerns. Bugs everywhere , trash everywhere on grass on sidewalks , cars polluting the streets, property management doesn’t really help with much the communication is lackluster & they put on a mask only for you to move in then act like they don’t know you. For my first time moving into an apartment this has been nothing short of learning lesson, the living here is very unhealthy & inhabitable, especially if you come from neat environments. If you wanna save money stay here but it’s the absolute worst place to stay at if you value cleanliness, communication & peace. The property management here is awful, don’t expect a email response or call back until days or weeks later. God bless the people with families living in these terrible conditions, it’s so stressful & sickening. Raleigh has way better places than this, DONT SIGN THE LEASE
Poor experience overall — the apartment was not well-maintained and too old , management was unresponsive, and there were constant issues with bugs and no pest service even the office leasing they are friendly if you renewal the lease but if not they will do their best to charge you hiding fees of hundreds of dollars I would not recommend that big no no no no even the neighbors they are not respectful don’t come here and the laundry omg is totally trash I advice you it’s a trap
Worst place ever. They’ll say anything to get that non refundable application fee. Don’t trust them.
