Turn water off without notice, rude, maintenance enters your home with a key unannounced without knocking, roaches everywhere outside. The “general manager Diane” doesn’t know who her boss is ... but I got in touch with the closet thing to corporate and made my complaint... staff sucks .. poor attitudes and don’t care to help residents. Trash fee is in rent BUT YALL DONT PICK UP THE TRASH... the most disgraceful place I have ever lived. Lease is up in 1 month and I’ll be running out the door from this disgusting complex
major cockroach problem, poor maintenance with the same problems recurring bi weekly and at best monthly. the trash service which is not needed... Yea not impressed
There are many cockroaches all over my apartment and I am called 6 times to the office to come and spray and they do not come is a disgust that cockroaches day of night in my apartment I have a newborn baby and in his crib roaches walk this is a disgust
Move in condition last Saturday and still nothing has been done.
Between the bugs, the mold, the mandatory garbage service (I could spit from my apartment and hit the dumpster), and the insane rental increases with absolutely no improvements done, this place is an absolute nightmare. Please don't even consider moving into this complex. I was going to be nice and give it 2 stars, but when I saw all the Hawthorne Employees fake rating it a 5, I had to drop a star. Pathetic.
