My husband and I stayed here 1 night and would recommend staying here. The front desk was very helpful with sightseeing locations. Our room was great...corner room 620. Amber at the Tavern was an amazing waitress with spot on recommendations of the menu. While checking out we were offered a bottle of water for our travel home. We loved the historic atmosphere of this hotel.
I have enjoyed all special occasions such as Thanksgiving; Christmas and now Mother's Day .... the food is always delicious and plentiful and the desserts to die for ....
Love the atmosphere and pet friendliness of this historic place. I always take visiting friends to the tavern to dine. All are warm and welcoming!

The hotel is beautiful and very inexpensive. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. It's within walking distance of every attraction in Salem. Parking is free and it's easy to leave the city when you're ready.
